- Independently advising and supporting prospective buyers and tenants
- Acquiring and valuing properties
- Conducting viewings and sales negotiations
- Creating brochures and marketing materials
- Maintaining and growing the client base
- Close collaboration with owners, developers and internal teams
- Guiding clients from first contact to contract signing
Your profile
- Completed training as a real estate agent or comparable qualification
- Solid market knowledge and a passion for real estate
- Professional, confident demeanour and excellent communication skills
- Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Confident use of digital tools (CRM systems, online portals, MS Office)
- Existing trade licence (Gewerbeberechtigung) or willingness to obtain one is an advantage
